LUMINAPATH TRADE LLC (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to providing you with high-quality mug products and services. To protect your legal rights and clarify the return and exchange procedures and standards, we have established this Return and Exchange Policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or requesting a return or exchange. By placing an order or requesting a return or exchange, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions of this policy.

1. Return and Exchange Requirements
After receiving our mug, you may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:
Application Deadline: Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you sign for the product (based on the logistics receipt). Exchanges can be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you sign for the product. (For returns or exchanges due to quality issues, the deadline may be extended based on the actual situation and relevant documentation is required.) Product Condition:
Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including the box, labels, instructions, accessories, etc., without damage, stains, or missing parts).
Exchanges must be for non-human quality issues (e.g., cracked cups, leaking, damaged accessories, etc.), or for discrepancies between the product and the order (e.g., incorrect model, color, or specifications). Clear product photos or videos are required as proof.
For returns due to non-quality issues, such as personal preference or incorrect size, you must ensure the product is not resaleable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to quality issues or our error will be borne by us.
Document Requirements: When requesting a return, you must provide your order number, logistics tracking number, proof of the product issue (photo/video), and your contact information for prompt verification and processing.

2. Return and Exchange Process
Submitting a Request: You can initiate a return or exchange request in the following ways:
Official Application: Log in to our official website at luminapathtrade.com, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order, and submit a return or exchange request, specifying the reason for your request and relevant information.
Email Application: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return or Exchange Request + Order Number" and the body of the email including the order information, reason for return or exchange, contact information, and attached receipts. We will respond with the review results within 1-3 business days.
Review and Confirmation: Upon receipt of your request, we will review the information and receipts you submitted. If approved, we will send you the return or exchange address, logistics requirements, and follow-up instructions via email or text message. If unsuccessful, we will provide a detailed explanation (e.g., time limit exceeded, product condition not meeting requirements, etc.).​
Shipping: You must ship the product to the designated address according to the instructions within 2 calendar days after the product has been reviewed and approved (please include the order number when shipping to avoid loss or confusion). Please also update the shipping tracking number to our official website or email us.
Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 business days.
Return Inspection: Upon confirmation that the product meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund time is subject to the processing cycle of the payment platform or bank.
Exchange Inspection: Upon confirmation of product quality issues or discrepancies, a replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days. You will be notified of the new order's shipping information via email or text message.
Unsuccessful Inspection: If the product does not meet the return and exchange criteria (e.g., used, damaged packaging, or lack of proof of issue), the product will be returned to you via the original shipping route at no cost to you. The reason for the return will be explained via email.

3. Circumstances in Which Returns and Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted
We reserve the right to reject your return or exchange request in the following circumstances:
The return or exchange period specified in this policy has expired without reasonable justification;
The product has been used, cleaned, damaged (such as scratches, stains, or missing accessories), or the packaging has been damaged, making it unresalable;
The product is damaged due to personal reasons (such as improper use or poor storage), or you have disassembled or repaired the product without authorization;
There is no order record, the order information does not match the product, or you cannot provide a valid return or exchange receipt.

4. Special Instructions
Refund Instructions: The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, excluding shipping costs (except for returns caused by our fault). No additional interest or other fees will be charged for the refund.
Exchange Instructions: The replaced product will comply with the quality assurance standards of this policy. If the new product still has quality issues, you may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days of receipt.​
Logistics Risk: When returning products, we recommend using a logistics company with traceable logistics information and properly retaining the shipping receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during return shipping, you must negotiate with the logistics company to resolve the issue. We will assist in providing the necessary order proof, but will not be directly responsible for any losses. ​
Policy Updates: We may revise this Return and Exchange Policy based on changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or product feature optimizations. The revised policy will be prominently posted on our official website (luminapathtrade.com) and will take effect from the date of posting. If any revisions materially affect your rights, we will notify you in advance via email or order notification. ​
